SINCE OUR COMPANY ADOPTS UNCONDITIONAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, EVERY PRODUCT ON OUR PERMIUM MADE TO ORDER PRODUCT ON OUR COLLECTION YOU RECEIVE IS UNDER THE GUARANTEE OF OUR COMPANY. OUR COMPANY IS OBLIGED TO COMPLY WITH THE CONSUMER RIGHTS LAW. WE CONTINUE TO FULFILL THIS OBLIGATION.

DO OPEN AND CHECK THE PACKAGES THAT YOU THINK MAY BE DAMAGED DURING THE SHIPMENT IN THE PRESENCE OF THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE. SHOULD THERE BE ANY DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT, DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT BY ATTACHING A REPORT OF DAMAGE TO THE CARRIER COMPANY. CANCELLATION RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

1. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

SINCE ALL PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO SALE ARE PREPARED IN LINE WITH THE WISHES OR PERSONAL NEEDS OF THE CONSUMER, THE BUYER IS NOT ENTITLED TO EXCHANGE THESE PRODUCTS WITHIN THIS FRAMEWORK. DUE TO THE SPECIAL PRODUCTION OF THE PRODUCTS, EVERY ONLINE PURCHASE REQUIRES THE BUYER TO SPECIFY THEIR SIZE. FOR UNSPECIFIED ORDERS, THEY ARE PRODUCED AND SENT ACCORDING TO THE SIZE THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN ACCEPTED AND ORDERED ON THE INTERNET. 2. RETURN POLICY

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF ORDER CAN BE RETURNED BY FILLING OUT THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM. RETURNS ARE MADE THROUGH THE E-COMMERCE DEPARTMENT. THERE IS NO REFUND FOR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED, TAILORED IN ANY WAY. 3. REFUND PROCEDURE ON REQUEST FOR RETURN

THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU WANT TO RETURN WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS OF RETURN. THE REFUND IS TO BE REFLECTED IN YOUR STATEMENT WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF YOUR AGREEMENT WITH THE BANK. YOU CAN CONTACT YOUR BANK WITH YOUR PROVISION CODE FOR REFUNDS THAT ARE NOT REFLECTED ON YOUR STATEMENT.
